CASING

The tower is designed for durability and long life even under the most servere Environmental weather conditions. Easy access through casing simplifies cleaning. Individual fiberglass panel are Stainless steel bolted together for periodic wash down and general clean up.

FAN

KOOL uses specially designed energy efficient axial fan with adjustable pitch. The fan materials are plastic / aluminum alloy/ FRP. Fans are durable, Corrosion resistant and low noise delivering high flow.

FILL MATERIAL

Our honeycombed PVC fills are high performance, heavy duty, low weight, excellent resistance to corrosion. These offers a striking balance between maximum heat transfer surface area vis-à-vis minimum restriction to air flow. Thus providing more cooling at lower power consumption of the motor. They are arranged in a manner to facilitate easy replacement.

SPRINKLER

KOOL, uses NYLON 66 aluminum sprinkler with rotary head and sprinkler pipe distribute the hot water at low pressure Out of holes of PVC pipes and evenly distributes over PVC fills to achieve maximum wetted surface area. Both type of sprinkler heads require little or no head pressure loss and minimum maintenance. Non Clog ABS plastic nozzles are used as per customers’ requirements.

FAN MOTOR

The fan motor is weather proofed totally enclosed IP55 flange mounted with SS304 extends shaft allowing for less noice and more efficient long term performance.
