HEAT EXCHANGERS ( Hydraulic Systems )

We manufacture and supply DEFT-11 IR gas and hydraulic systems that are used to generate substantial heats from friction between fluids and pipes. The maximum operating temperature is 55^oC. It is the most common design which is used in oil refineries due to its suitability for high pressure applications It consists of a shell, which acts as a large pressure vessel, with a bundle of tubes inside it.

Hot/cold fluid flows through the tubes, and Cold/Hot fluid flows over the tubes which causes heat transfer heat between the two fluids. the tube set is called tube bundle which comprises several types of plain and finned tubes

U TUBE HEAT EXCHANGERS

The U TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER consists of a bundle of hair pin tubes which are surrounded by an outer shell. Hot/Cold fluid flows through the tubes and another Cold/hot fluid flows through the shell,around the tubes,which causes heat transfer
